Michael was brilliant from start to finish. He advised on things I hadn't even considered and always made the process feel professional and well executed throughout. I ordered a stunning emerald cut mined diamond which was shipped in and Michael was reassuring and accurate with delivery times, and it was absolutely beautiful on the gold ring he made up for it. All documentation was provided and the there was nothing he hadn't already thought of. Picking the ring up was smooth and fairly quick which was handy as im not based in London. He has also been brilliant since dealing with a resize as I ordered a bit big. Would recommend to anyone else in a heartbeat.
Michael was fantastic. He was very happy to chat through all the details if you are unsure as to what you are looking for, alongside what is actually sensible. Very knowledgeable. The contact was great also, so no issues on that front. Overall couldn’t be happier with the end product, wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I have 2 diamond rings that the diamond ring company have made for me. A 3 carat emerald cut diamond ring & a 3 carat round brilliant cut diamond ring.
