Micheal was fantastic from start finish the process was an absolute joy. Me and my boyfriend could not believe the speed in which a totally bespoke and gorgeous ring was made for us. Micheal was hugely communicative through the process he did not bat an eye when we changed our mind on the setting three times.I will be recommending him to everyone. We will definitely be getting out wedding rings from him. I went to nearly all the Hatton garden jewellers Micheal at the diamond ring company was not only the best price he had the best selection of diamonds to view. I was looking for an elongated diamond and had been shown many variations of ratio. He was able to show me the perfect ratio diamond in a smaller size and he then ordered me a bigger diamond that was its replica only bigger.
After visiting several jewellers in Hatton Garden, Birmingham and other regions in the UK I settled on The Diamond Ring Company to create a custom engagement ring. I settled on them because of how long the staff had been in industry, their evident knowledge, their clear passion for creating pieces of 'art' and their very welcoming, no pressure approach. I worked with Michael to create the piece I was after and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the initial consultation to the delivery of the ring, I can't fault them in anyway. The whole process was seamless, the communication was great and all of the promises Michael made were kept. I shared some ideas and images of inspiration with Michael, and he was able to offer some solid, detailed advice in terms of the pros and cons of designs/ideas I had and improvements that could be made which allowed for a truly great ring to be produced. Michael also sourced a few different diamonds for me as well, so I could compare diamonds with different characteristics to make sure I was completely happy with the centre stone of the ring which was very much appreciated with it being my first time looking at diamonds. If you are looking for a jeweller in the Hatton Garden area, I would highly recommend Michael and team to create something for you, or at the bare minimum it would definitely be worthwhile having a chat with them if you are looking for a jeweller in Hatton Garden.
Michael has provided a seamless experience for me and my fiancé, from the initial viewing where Michael took us through their large collection of modern styled rings, to getting the final ring made and delivered on request. Michael has a professional attitude and was patient ant explaining to us everything we needed to know about getting our first diamond ring. We would definitely recommend the Diamond Ring Company to anyone who is looking yo get their dream engagement ring!
I visited a few different places on Hatton Gardens but then came across TDRC on Google and saw all of the reviews, so booked an appointment. Went to see Michael a few days later and he was fantastic - talked through all the options, helped me find an engagement ring and choose the diamond, then turned it all round in about a week. He was really helpful throughout and after so I'm really pleased I came here. Highly recommend!
From start to finish Michael was brilliant and very accommodating. We found the whole experience incredibly enjoyable and seamless. His knowledge and experience of engagement rings is second to none and I would highly recommend him and his company. My fiancé is over the moon with her diamond engagement ring and we are grateful for Michael for all the time he took ensuring we choose the right ring. We will be back for our wedding rings.
These guys are the best in town! I shopped around to buy my partner the best engagement ring I could find and the diamond ring company are by far the best service I was offered. They went above and beyond and met all my specific requirements I wanted. I could not recommend them enough!
