Michael was friendly, personable and professional. At no point did Michael try to ‘sell’ to me, which I was very grateful for. It was an easy, no pressure experience which resulted in my new stunning engagement ring. Would head back in a heart beat and highly recommend! The building is also super secure which gives you peace of mind.
I was completely clueless when first looking at engagement rings, I met with a couple of different companies before speaking to Alex, he explained everything to me, gave me different options and I think most importantly didn’t pressure me at all. I was able to go away and consider every option all while liaising with him via email as I don’t live in London. The whole process has been seamless, from initial meeting, to receiving my finished engagement ring, designed and produced to exactly what I was after, providing my girlfriend says yes, I will absolutely be coming back for the wedding band as I’m fully confident they can produce exactly what I’m after for that also. All the usual high street / online diamond companies either didn't have what I wanted or would take too long to make the ring I wanted and deliver it. I found this company and can honestly say it's been a pleasure from start to finish, a gentleman named Alex helped me with everything and really understood what I was looking for and kept within the budget. After being presented with a few options I made my decision and was shocked at how fast they were able to make and send the ring to me.Alex was very attentive and fast at responding to my questions via email, WhatsApp or phone calls. Absolute excellent service from Alex. I went in completely unsure of what I was looking for but he helped me narrow down my options and put me at ease. He's incredibly kind and welcoming, and made sure that I asked all questions and got all the information I needed. The end result was the perfect diamond ring.
