Unfortunately my parcel was lost on delivery by Evri and I received another customer's order. However, I emailed The Essence Vault and Arham was very quick to respond, looked into this for me and I received my order promptly. Excellent customer service from Arham, shame the same can't be said for Evri
First time ordering, I was skeptical as many say they smell the same or “inspired” but my sister has the designer version of what I’d ordered and she thought I stole her perfume!!! Smelt it on myself all day. Went back and ordered 3 more the next day! Can’t wait to build my collection.
