Parcel problem.

Parcel problem.I had two different orders at the same time but only one arrived. So I contacted TEV to find out if they'd dispatched it. Alix replied to my email promptly saying it had been dispatched & was with the courier, so hopefully it should be with me soon but any problems get back in touch with them. Very helpful & hoping my package will be here soon

I have been using Essence Vault for some time and wouldn't shop anywhere else, snd recommend it to my friends and family. What is really important,either any company is how any problems are dealt with. I had a problem with my order and emailed straight away. The lovely Clare dealt with extremely quickly and provided excellent customer service. Thankyou 😊

What a brilliant company

What a brilliant company, the site easy to navigate, the prices unreal and the scents are quality. I’m friend is a brand demon she thought I bought Black Cherry’s but it was scent 444. The scent lasts all day better than the expensive version. Well done to The Essence Vault
