I have ordered from the essence vault for a number of years and always been impressed with their products in comparison with their prices and customer service is first class. My order today arrived and one of the bottles was the wrong perfume and within an hour of contacting them Sameer from the EV had posted me the correct bottle .I can't fault them and great customer service

It felt like I was speaking to a friend of 20+years, the conversation was warm and welcoming. Nikki is an absolute asset to this company, there will be no hesitation in me using this company again.
