Ordering process was great, although found the buyonegetone a little misleading. Purchased 100ml, & expected the extra one to be of the same size. However a 30ml arrived with the 100ml i purchased. I raised this with Essence. I spoke to a great CS agent who swiftly dealt with my complaint, & I was shipped a 100ml immediately. No quibble. Excellent CS, well done Alix for your speedy reply & helpful response & service.
