I had accidentally ordered 2 of the same perfumes, I emailed to see if I could swap one. Adam emailed me back telling me that it wasn’t a problem and what would I like instead. He then replied to my request reassuring me that my order details will look the same but he has had the perfume changed. Amazing customer service!!! And amazing scents of course. Thank you Adam!
Excellent service ordered 3 perfumes on the Black Friday deal and instead of adding 6 bottles to ensure I got 3 free I only added 1 set and when I received them today I emailed the company and Mashall explained that I had done the order wrong but as a good will gesture he would send out the other 3 straight away x Brilliant communication
