The delivery timing kept changing as if I had all day to wait for them, and then they fail to deliver at the promised time. It's been 48 hours, and I'm still waiting. As a first-time buyer, I am extremely disappointed that the support team is ignoring my emails with inquiries. This situation is truly frustrating. This service is using the wrong courier for their deliveries.
Truly outstanding, it can be a bit tricky to remember the fragrance numbers, but I completely understand the choice to keep them unnamed for copyright reasons. I bought three 100ml bottles: 181, 444, and 429, and all of them smell and last just like the originals. I'm very satisfied with my purchase, so much so that I took advantage of the 'buy one get one free' deal during Black Friday, and I'm expecting a delivery tomorrow with 6 bottles: 4 of Baccarat Rouge and 2 of d'Issey Pour Homme. I'm confident they'll smell just as good and last as long as their original counterparts. I'm excited to share the Baccarat Rouge with my wife, as it's a beautiful unisex scent. I would highly recommend this service!
I had a wonderful experience with customer service after ordering three aftershaves for Christmas that were unfortunately damaged during transit. I reached out to the support team, and they addressed my issue immediately.
