Purchased 6 botties of perfume, one was faulty emailed a pic of problem and they’ve sorted it. Top quality products at a fraction of the cost of the top brands, and smells the same. so if you’re unsure about purchasing don’t be, you won’t be disappointed.

I have used Essence vault for over 12 months the pardons are so good even when I bought a couple of different ones which wasn’t to my taste this was quickly resolved by Alix who was superbGreat company and great products
