Absolutely beautiful scents, I ordered 444 and opted in for a mystery bottle at a lower price, when my order arrived the mystery bottle was also 444, I brought this to their attention and was mailed within hours to say another scent would be sent to me, I was delighted with how fast and efficient the company sorted this out, well done team, will definitely use essence vault again

I placed a perfume order two weeks ago. I’m not even sure the package was ever shipped. I haven’t received it, and there is absolutely no one responding. Terrible service. Don’t risk your money.
