Very impressed with service, speed and accuracy of this company.Was on a zoom call yesterday with The Arrhythmia Alliance group yesterday (wed) and during call one of participants mentioned about wearing an ID bracelet for Atrial Fibrillation/Flutter and I thought this to be an excellent idea, so later in the day I did some research and came across The ID Band Company, their webpages are very user friendly and clear as you can see what you can order an how to do so? So I decided to order a silicone bracelet either my name in, partner’s telephone No. And the medication I take for my heart, paid for the bracelet, a little over £20 with free P&P and thought ok it will be here next week…. And blow me down with a feather, it arrived this morning, which make it less that 24 hrs from order to delivery 😊 very impressed with The ID Band well done, keep up the good work.
I'm a returning customer of The ID Band Company, having purchased from them several times over the last 10 years.I had a problem with my latest order, and when I emailed them explaining it I received a response almost immediately. Caitlin from Customer Services was very helpful and offered to send me a replacement item, together with a prepaid envelope in which to return the original.Within 36 hours I received the replacement item and the prepaid return envelope.Fantastic customer service from an established UK company that I won't hesitate to buy from again.
