Scam company! I ordered a pair of silk pillow cases. When they finally arrived, I discovered they are in fact cheap satin and not 100% silk! False advertising and no response from customer service.Ive left two reviews on their website to warn buyers that the pillow cases are satin and not silk but both reviews have been removed! Avoid this company!!
They act as though they are a UK based company when in fact they are registered in the US. Although if you don’t like the quality of an item or order by mistake or change your mind, the only way to return an item is to send it back to China which costs over £100. The company are unhelpful and a total scam.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered a neck pillow for travelling and when it arrived it was not as expected. I contacted the company to request a return and was told I needed to ship it back to China. Current cost to do this is almost £30 - almost as much as I paid for the neck pillow. The item was sent from an address in the UK and when I requested to return it here was told I MUST return it to China for a refund!
