I placed an order Oct 27th and to date still not received. Tracking is very sketchy. I’ve reached out by email several times and do get responses however I feel there is something not quite right . I want a refund. Over 2 weeks not acceptable. The tracking link offers upselling & products which is unscrupulous marketing. I just want the one item ordered. Do not recommend purchasing from this site.
I have a chronic neck pain that has me up at night time. Tried so many pillows but nothing like this one. Definitely helps me sleep better and wake up with less tension. When it first arrived it does have a strong chemical smell to it so make sure to wash the cover.
Update: They asked me reach out in their comment on my trust pilot review but when I did it was just to repeat themselves and say if you return via tracked post to China costing more than the item is worth they will refund. Their website and fake reviews lead you to believe they are a US based company but they are in China and you can buy this stuff for a fraction of their prices from Temu or other Chinese sellers - at least then when it arrives in a scrunched up white plastic bag and turns out to be a knock off you're not surprised or pissed off about it. They offer a 90 back money back guarantee but only if you return it to China which costs more than the item itself.Misleading and a total scam.Wish I had read these reviews instead of the fakes they advertise on their website before purchasing.
Ordered the cloudlift cooling mattress topper. It is advertised as being 3" thick, stays cool all night, anti-slip, softens any mattress, and 5 star hotel luxury every night. Right out of the vaccum packing, we noticed it was very thin. Figuring it just need to expand, we let it sit 24 hours. Then we let it sit another 24 hours. Then we fluffed it in the dryer. Nothing. This is NOT a mattress topper! It is nothing more than a 1.5" thick mattress pad! It has NO cooling, does NOT soften anything, and kind of stays put. The 90-day money back guarantee is for unused, unopend and returned all the way to China at the consumer's expense. What a joke!
Ordered a Luxury Chic Pillow September 10th It arrived but was wrong size and wrong color. I contacted customer services who said they would dispatch the correct order as soon as possible Free of Charge. I am still waiting for replacement. I have tried to contact customer services several times without success.
This pillow took longer to deliver than expected. I didn’t realize it was being shipped from CHINA! I tried it the first night of the day it was delivered and I woke up in so much pain the next morning. I have degenerative disc disease, sciatica and neck problems and was looking for the right pillow. I chose The Pillow Home because it advertised “Free Returns”. I contacted customer support to explain the pillow didn’t work for me and I wanted to return it. They said, “fine….here’s the return address”, you are responsible to pay for the return expense….TO CHINA! I asked if they had a US address where I could return the pillow and they said that they did but that wasn’t an option for me. Paying for shipping to CHINA for a return item is outrageous so the pillow is in a bag in my closet….collecting dust.
