Not “free” returns! Costs $40-50 to ship to CHINA on customers dime

The shipping said it would take 3-5 business days. It took a month to receive the pillow. I asked to cancel and they said no. In that time I had to buy another pillow, same one off Amazon. Which was half the price of their pillow. When the pillow finally arrived they told me I could return it to CHINA on my dime which would cost $40-50 to return! The pillow is REALLY hard. I couldn’t sleep on it. Threw it away. $80 wasted. Don’t waste your money!

Purchased a pillow early September

Purchased a pillow early September. It’s never arrived and company tell me to contact yodel which I have done numerous times. The tracking number was incorrect. Then yodel tell me to contact company which I have done requesting my money back. Now they are ignoring my emails. DO NOT purchase anything from this company! You are led to believe it’s an American company. It is NOT. it’s based in China. I think they are scammers so please take heed unless you want to be out of pocket

The guarantee is virtually a scam

I would give zero stars if I could. First off, the pillow I ordered was terrible! It was hard as a rock and oddly shaped in a way that did not provide any support. The worst part though was the company to pretend it provides a 90 day guarantee. The pillow costs me $75 and I was told yes you can return it but you’ll have to pay for return shipping on your own to China which costs the same if not more all the way back to China! So essentially they have found a way to “legally” not stand by their guarantee as no one in their right mind would make a return for more than the cost of the item. Most international companies I’ve ordered from that charge the customer for return shipping have set up a standard reasonable fee with UPS or other shipping providers (e.g $15) but not this scam company. I feel like I got $75 stolen from me. If you’re a US customer please do not order from this company and consider Amazon or somewhere that’ll allow you to do a free return.

Very poor manufacture and design. Not fit for purpose.

2 weeks after placing my order, it arrived from China.I bought the so-called ‘Orthopedic Comfort Set: Seat and Back Cushion’.It is simply not fit for purpose. It’s extremely low quality, ultra-yielding spongy material, that gives no support at all. And the seat cushion is so badly designed that the gap at the back seems fine as a fart hole, but does not relieve any pressure on the area at the base of my spine which has pressure sores. Useless! £68 utterly wasted!

Don't order from the Pillow Home Company

On June 15, 2025, I ordered a Cozy Rest Memory Foam Neck Pillow and two white CozyRest Silk Pillow Cases from the Pillow Home and paid them of course during the online ordering process. To date, I only got a mail saying Order 54905 confirmed on June 15, 2025 but I haven't received my order, nor have I received any response etc. from this company to any of my email inquiries by now. They send me new advertisements every day, but are unable to finally give me, as a customer, an answer as to what is going on with my order. I am very disappointed in this company and feel suspiciously cheated. I absolutely cannot recommend this company. It was the worst online ordering experience I have ever had. Are Pillow Home just ripping off their customers, or what?Today’s reply of Pillow Home an hour ago„Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We genuinely apologize for the inconvenience you've encountered. It’s important to us that our customers feel supported and satisfied.We would like to investigate this matter further and address your concerns regarding the quality of the product and the return process. Oplichting!!!!!!Dit zijn gewoon producten die je kan bestellen via aliexpress en alibaba!! Uit China dus…Alleen als je het terug wilt sturen, eisen zij dat je verzendkosten gaat betalen wat flink kan oplopen voor zo een dom kussen!!!!!As you can see, they pretend to act like they want to solve the issue. I’ve sent them at least 5 emails already and still haven’t received any reply. This is just their way of showing off like “look, we’re fixing it,” but in the end, they do nothing! Don’t fall for it — you can buy all their stuff on Temu, exact same pictures and products, but 10 times cheaper!

Even if the buyer receives a partial refund, they may still be required to pay for the return shipping, which can be prohibitively expensive. While PayPal's Buyer Protection may cover the initial purchase if the item is not received or is significantly different from the description, it does not reimburse the buyer for return shipping costs. Pillow is very firm

Pillow is very firm. It takes some time to get used to it and won't be for everyone. However, my neck/shoulder have really improved and I had pretty good sleep so it does what it claims it it supposed to do.

Received the bed topper from China

Received the bed topper from China. No labels on it for content. Isn't that illegal in US? Consumer right to know what materials used? The topper is useless. No loft at all after 72 hours unpackaged. I could get more comfort from a quilt on top of my mattress. What a total rip off.Have written contact email twice for return info and no reply yet.DO NOT buy from this company.
