I have been in the program for two months and am so happy with my results. After just a couple weeks the back pain I had been dealing with on a daily basis for years as well as the intense pain that happened from my last flair up have both settled down. After a decade of chiropractors this was the best solution for my situation. In just 6 months my back went from not being able to exercise to lifting heavy. It’s not a cure but offers a great solution for those not wanting surgery.
Standard PT exercises provided via weekly-released video clips. Ability to message coach via messaging App. 15-minute zoom calls at program start, mid-term and completion. Program lacks the individual customization of a local, in-person PT program. The program is over sold for pain relief and under delivers as tailored to specific individual needs. The program is very expensive. Grant's free YouTube channel videos are as effective and informative.
After dealing with back issues and some sciatica for 6 months and trying a local chiropractor and PT, I found RehabFix on instagram and started watching the videos. I had originally posed a very negative review. As someone who suffers from debilitating back pain, I guess I was expecting a miracle even before I started. Dr. Elliott personally reached out to me to understand what happened. His sincerity not only to get to the bottom of the issue, but to help was not what I expected. Dr. Elliott listened to me, validated what I had said, and was genuine in our conversation. At this time RehabFix is not for me. Saying this based on my new experience, I hope I will be able to reach out in the future, at least to see what can be offered.
