I won't go into detail but had a misunderstanding when it came to my vouchers and Sam Evans (one of the admins) sorted it out for me promptly and also helped me out with a good will gesture. Excellent customer services, great packing spiders come healthy and an overall great business. Will continue to buy from them in the years to come.
I have been keeping and breeding invertebrates for as long as I can remember, and the fact there are people out there with the same passion as me is brilliant. I've been shopping here for some years now, and I don't recall ever having a bad experience. These guys care for their tarantulas and their customers and always go the extra mile.All tarantulas have always arrived well packaged, insulated as needed aswel as looking very healthy! WOW...ordered my daughter a jumping spider and katydid for her birthday ...packaging amazing and both doing well...then I decided to order a £30 mystery box for myself ,safe to say I wasn't disappointed 😀. 11 out of 10 I'm so happy with my new family 😁.
