Ok so I have been buying spiders consistently for a few months know and what can I say the level of service is amazing I had one issue with a sling not making it no fault of the spider shop it's a natural thing that can happen plus royal mail chucked my parcel over the gate as they couldn't be bothered to ring my door bell they replaced my love butt spider instantly no hassle no fuss I even phoned them one day for some info and they were so happy to help im a new keeper in the hobby and I was only going to have one T but but the spider shop made it so easy to deal with I know have 15 of there spiders and I'm not stopping these guys are genuinely decent people and are happy to help no matter if your a veteran or newbie like me I would rate these guys as my number one choice and I refuse to go elsewhere as I'm sure to not get the same level of service in my opinion thanks guys and keep up the amazing work hope to see you all at the next invert show Cheers Jamie b
I have had two orders from the spider shop up to now, I am blown away with the service that I have received. This is a company that puts a lot of thought and care into the transport of their live stock. My spiders have arrived happy and healthy, well packaged and Inc a heat pack in winter months. They are very helpful and on hand to answer all my questions, the website is clear and easy to navigate and they have a wide range of species and equipment. The prices are good and I've never had any issues. I've watched many of their videos and posts on Facebook where I've gained most of my knowledge and confidence. I've just unboxed three new slings this morning and couldn't be happier.
I recently bought my first tarantula from here and I have nothing but good things to say! I ordered the wrong enclosure at first and they quickly changed it for me after i asked. The shipping was great and very clear. The tarantula and enclosure were both packed very well. I am absolutley in love with my new tarantula 😍 i defintley have a new obsession! i will be for sure ordering from here alot more in the near future. Thank you very much 😀
Fantastic company been buying inverts for a few years now from the spider shop nothing is to much trouble all inverts have been healthy and doing really well I would throughly recommend this company the staff are amazing particularly Sam who I have mainly dealt with over the years thank you all for your fantastic service you all do.
I love this place!! Staff are excellent and full of knowledge. Website is the easiest and most pleasing to scroll through. Orders packed safely and all my slings have arrived alive and very healthy, even the gimps. 100% the best place for inverts in the UK!
Forgot to ship my order in time despite paying for special delivery. Item was broken/damaged on arrival as well as missing parts. They promised to send another the next day, they didn’t, they ignored emails. Had to go through PayPal to get a reply from them and my money back. An absolute shambles of a company.
