I ordered 3 Nhandu species as part of a deal being offered by the spider shop. Unfortunately, I received 2 of the same species. After sending an email with photos to the company, I received a response within an hour apologising and stating that they would send out the missing species of the genus for free. I have dealt with this company on many occasions and have found them to be the best online invert business. Communication is great, and I have always been happy with my purchases. I can’t recommend this company enough. Great work guys!
Recently ordered from here and had a brilliant experience from start to finish, wanted to add to my order and Sam was very responsive and helpful. One item was forgotten from my order but after a quick email it was sent out right away and I couldn't be happier, all ts are in great health and I can confirm all have feed after today and are doing great. Thanks the spider shop and will definitely be ordering again 😀
