Can't fault my shopping experience, trainers arrived quickly with good updates etc. Unfortunately they had a defect that became obvious the first time I wore them. I sent photos and was issued a refund very quickly, shout out to Waqar for sorting things out. A lot of companies talk the talk but let you down if you have a problem but this company were great so I would definitely order from them in the future
I had a pair of trainers bought as a birthday present last year and noticed that there is a small hole in the toe. I contacted them and sent over some pictures of the area of the trainer. Wagar dealt with the query he was so efficient in the response and professional with the initial email and asked if I would like a replacement pair or a refund. The trainers are so comfortable I requested a replacement pair and when I replied to his email he has already despatched them. No arguing just dealt with it ! very impressed. Would buy again
I placed a large order on The Sports Edit. It was left unattended by Evri (without any pre authorisation to do do). When I returned from work there was no trace of it. I emailed the company on Tuesday morning; by Wednesday evening I had still received no response, despite the fact that they promised a 24 hour response time. Highly disappointing customer service.
