I was impressed with the sale deals offered on The Sports Edit so ordered myself some pieces. Due to the bad weather I expect, there were a few delays in the tracking info updating on the courier website. I spoke to Sofia in Customer Service and she was very helpful and responsive. I’m impressed and will definitely buy from here again, especially as they offer a rewards system.Thanks!
Exceptional customer service ..from SofiaI realised I'd ordered the wrong trainers (i do supinating not overpronating) so pinged off an email to Customer Services, without much hope of cancelling the order. Emails are answered in 24 hours (which is quick anyway) but it was the weekend so I thought I'd be out of luck.But.. I hadn't factored Sofia into the equation!Just 5 or 6 hours later, she sent a lovely email to say the order was cancelled and refunded. Wow!It's a rare thing to find such amazing customer service and i felt valued. Sofia saved me a lot of hassle and worry. I will make a point of coming back to Sports Edit, purely because of her, a 'safe pair of hands' who causes you to have faith in the company if they have people of that calibre.I am very grateful and thought the least I could do was send a review, which I don't often do. Thank you ;)
At the beginning I liked this company . But after just 5 months or wearing my Nike trainers and mainly just to the gym. On one of the trainers the back of the shoe inside something had obviously snapped so a hard bit of material was poking through and hurting my heel so I ca not wear th . They have said it just wear and tear and have ignored me. It’s disgusting they are expensive shoes and for that to happen after a small amount of time is not acceptable o would AVOID THIS COMPANY
I received my package today which arrived in a very thin black bin bag. I thought it was a badly wrapped parcel from vinted. Two of my items are missing, I've been charged for them and I'm trying to follow up on that now with customer service. After emailing customer services they very quickly established this had got damaged in transit and helped me with my missing items. Great customer service and I will happily use this website again.
I contacted Customer service with a query about my order. They resolved the issue & were very helpful personal & efficient. I’m very happy with the items I ordered & they arrived promptly & well packaged. I will definitely order from them again.
