Review Time
I ordered items that never arrived. At first they told me it was because they were moving warehouses. When the items still didn’t arrive I reached out again & they never responded to be. I had to go to PayPal to get my money back.
I love every sing piece I’ve purchased from TBN. And the customer service is amazing. But recently it’s been taking longer and longer to get orders. My last order was on Feb 6 and it took 8 days to before it even shipped. Then it will take another 4 to ship. Love the clothes just wish it wouldn’t take so long to get them.
I returned an item and the process was not easy. Then I was charged for return shipping and lost $15.00 of a 70. 00 Something purchase just for returning it. That is unsatisfactory in my opinion. I will only do business with companies that have free return shipping from now on.
I’ve made two purchases and have been very happy. The clothes were high quality, comfortable and cute. They arrived in a reasonable amount of time. Some items have a slightly steep price, but I waited for them to go in sale. I would purchase from Three Bird Nest again.
Ordering was easy and delivery quick. The fabric is super cozy.My only issue is the sizing. I should have ordered a small. I generally take a medium but this is a very oversized garment. Nice for hanging around the house but too much like pajamas to wear out.
I have purchased from TBN for a few years. After my most recent interaction with customer service, I will no longer be a customer. I followed the return process and did not receive my full credit. I didn’t receive an email explaining so I reached out. I was told the item was defective and couldn’t be returned. I explained that was the reason I returned the item. After wearing one time while working from home and washing one time on gentle, the shirt came apart at two places. I received the same reply that defective product couldn’t be returned! I gave up and removed TBN from my list of online boutiques.I received a response that appears to state that I damaged or altered the item! I am beyond offended! I did nothing but wear the shirt and then wash it. Wow!
The product I ordered was low quality and completely inappropriately sized - to the extent that the top looked like it was sewn together as a school project - which makes me worried about the labor practices used. BUT customer service was amazing. They respond quickly, gave me and immediate refund and validated my concerns. I imagine the quality of the products and the sizing varies greatly as I've learned is often the case with all of these new online shops. I would probably take another chance if I saw something I really loved, knowing they have your back if there's a problem. If I received more faulty low quality products however, I would cease ordering.
