Can’t recommend Ticketmaster NZ enough. I have dealt with Lani a few times through email and each time she fixed everything for us without any hassle. And everyone else I have dealt with at Ticketmaster have been great too, especially during these uncertain times of the pandemic.Thank you!
The agents and board were fantastic in handling our request. Each person we communicated with were kind, professional and responded in a reasonable timeframe. We had a unique situation and were greatly relived that ticket master honoured our request. Thank you, everyone there! We will purchase again through Ticket Master New Zealand.
We were booked into the first performance of Girl from the North Country on the 2nd of July. This was postponed and we were automatically booked into the 9th of July performance. We were unable to attend this performance. Our new booking was not lodged in ..'My Account' on the Ticketmaster home page. Means of requesting a refund was unclear on the web site. After a wait of 40 minutes I finally got to talk to a customer service representative. A slow clunky service
We had tickets for The Girl From The North Country for 2nd July, when the show was cancelled and rebooked for 9th July, one of our group was unable to attend.We requested a refund for one ticket and were very surprised that it was processed the next day. Thanks Jhea, great service!
Was disappointed that our tickets for Girl from the North Country were cancelled due to shipping delays but Timothy from Ticketmaster handled our request for a refund very promptly and efficiently. If we had been able to re-book with someone on the phone or by live chat to discuss seating options, we probably would have done that, but instead took a refund and will rebook through the website.
Our event was cancelled, Girl from North Country, really disappointed, but no fault of Ticketmaster, we were coming up from Invercargill to go to both Wedding Singer and Girl from North Country, have had very good info from Ticketmaster NZ as to how to get the refund for cancelled show
My tickets were paid for and printed. Then I get an email notice that there is a new date, and the seats we paid extra for may change!! And to make it worse, my credit card is being used (with the ticketmaster txt code) telling me that I have 'purchased' $1300. worth of items on AMAZON!! There's a hacker or an agent from Ticketmaster using this information to open my account.
