Excellent service all round, the lady I spoke with on the phone talked me through the process and, after submitting my request, I received an e-mail confirming Ticketmaster's decision within an hour (and it was on a Saturday!)

Very professional and understood my situation. I requested for a refund, unfortunately we were unable to attend the game as my partner tested positive for COVID. Am super sad that we are unable to attend but pleased that a refund will be granted.

Great staff make a top business

I requested a refund and within 48 hours it has all been finalised despite me giving incorrect information to start with. Both the call centre and Timothy have been extremely helpful, friendly and efficient and I highly recommend Ticketmaster and their staff
