After sending our first email

After sending our first email, waiting 4 days with no reply, and then ringing to be on hold for 30 minutes, finally getting an answer to be told ticketmaster would 'escalate' our issue with the 'Providers' with no timeline or solution guaranteed - this had the making of a horror story.HOWEVER , after hanging up totally disgruntled, we received a quickfire email to say we were being attended to, followed by another same day email providing us with a solution. So Lini, much appreciated and thank you so much....!Simon.

Absolutely AWFUL service

Absolutely AWFUL service. Why concert promoters use these guys to sell tickets is beyond me. Ticketmaster is corrupt, they will take your money and not help you solve any issues you may encounter. Very poor "customer service". Staff do not care one bit. Breaking all sorts of consumer rights. DO NOT USE!

almost 6 months to get a refund...

I asked for my tickets to be refunded in November because I was going to be out of the country at the new date.the suffix was wrong on the first attempt, but they didn't tell me it had bounced until I had called them. they said they would try again.no response for a month+ so called them again and asked what's happened only to be told it has been sent but there was nothing in my account history.They 'asked their finance team to look into it' and another month goes by with no reply to my emails or any updates so I call again. Only to be told it was refunded in November!! They hadn't even passed on any of this to their finance team to action or let them know to update the suffix!! So I was straight up lied to that they where looking into it.The lack of communication and having to chase this up was infuriating. The internal working of the team is in shambles because no notes where on my account that any of this had even been actioned.I asked to be transferred to their team leader who finally got it fixed in 24hrs but by now it is April... At least I finally got my refund

Ticketmaster might be OK at selling…

Ticketmaster might be OK at selling tickets but their lack of communication and professionalism when it comes to advising of postponed or cancelled shows is shocking. And promises from the friendly call centre team that concerns will be addressed are hollow and fundamentally dishonest. I am still waiting for my refund. No response, no refund issued Appalling customer service.
