John Lester was amazing to deal with. Our show had been cancelled and the card I had purchased the original tickets on had expired. It was super easy and quick to add expiry date and the refund processed.

Due to "Covid Brain" I booked the same event a second time several weeks after making the initial booking. A couple of days later Jhea/Ticketmaster agreed to refund the duplicate booking which is much appreciated :-) I'm so looking foward to no longer experiencing Covid brain fade! Apologies for my mistake Ticketmaster and thanks for putting it right.
