Review Time
Hello, through no fault of anybody I understand that during Covid a lot of issues take time, but quite distressing when results get right to the point of cutoff (8th April) for refunds, the day I finally received an email and thought I was going to not get anything back as well as miss the show. Phew!!! relieved now I have to wait 3-5 days to see if refund has been returned to Credit Card.Very stressful times for everyone with what has been happening and lots of people suffering fatigue.Thank you so much for getting back to meCheers Terry
Ticketmaster uses the fact that they have a virtual monopoly as an opportunity to provide extremely poor customer service.I have had several events cancelled due to COVID and, despite the emails advising that a refund would be automatically issued, I have had to chase them up every time, and every time it took much longer than the 3-5 days they advise.
