I had tickets to Stormzy for 1 May 2020. COVID happened and this was postponed once to a later date, and then again indefinitely due to COVID (which is completely understandable). The communications around this were prompt and easy to follow.It's now August 2021 and the global situation hasn't allowed a new date for the concert - so I requested a refund. Josephine literally responded to my request within a minute, and processed my refund with no questions asked.
A late request for refund for Elton was actioned very smartly....but did not turn up on my card...I queried this and Kurtis responded very quickly and after giving new card expiry ( clearly I had booked tickets on older card) this was actioned ‘Toute Suite’Well done TicketechPS trying to work out how and where to get the refund at the outset was the hardest part.Cathy
