Refund for cancelled gig

I'd been waiting a month for a refund for a cancelled gig. Finally contacted Ticketmaster via the Contact form and got a response that morning with the outcome I needed. Thanks Ticketmaster, I thought this was going to be really difficult, and it was easy!
