I accidentally bought the wrong tickets so requested a refund. They processed it and replied to me with a couple of hours and I was then able to go and purchase the actual tickets I had intended to buy with peace of mind. The refund was in my account within a few days. Happy as and now excited for the concert!
Great customer service, I decided to get a refund on a concert which has been postponed due to Covid. Sent an email on Sunday, Ticketmaster replied on Monday and the refund was processed the very same day. Deane was fantastic to deal with - One happy Customer! Thanks
Terrible service. It took over 3 MONTHS to get a refund for my tickets to a show that had been “postponed” but more cancelled (as once COVID hit the show went MIA on social media). My first email to ticket master requesting a refund for my tickets occurred 19/04/2021. This was then not replied to. About 3 weeks after this, I rang them up. My mum got the refund for her tickets that day when I rang, but mine were left even though they said they will refund it. Fast forward another few weeks, and I rang them again, I stayed on hold and asked about a refund but they guy couldn’t understand me and then hung up. I decided to leave it for a bit. On 13/07/2021 I decided to resend my email about a refund. Now on 21/07/2021 I finally have my refund, over 3 months after I asked for it. Terrible service with no communication towards customers.
Great service by the customer care person, can't remember name but she was so helpful and sorted out my online issues and took the time to go through process slowly and clear communication made it easy for me. The lady is very good for helping customers and I recommend she is of highest quality service levels.Thank you for being so understanding and caring of my issue and for getting my refund for NRL Warriors game sorted so quickly
After a concert is cancelled all information on the Ticketmaster website and email communications says “don’t contact us, we’ll refund you, it takes time”. I waited two weeks and didn’t get a refund. So contacted them. They said “okay but it will take 3-5 days”. It didn’t. It was on my credit card with seconds. Not minutes, or hours or days or weeks. Seconds. But only after I asked for it. Even though they tell you “don’t ask us for it. It’s automatic”.
