Very clear and intuitive experience when buying tickets. The only thing I can say is that I didn’t know my seat was on a balcony above the floor level. So it was honestly still fine, but for future updates, it would be cool if seats could mention/show that they are on a different level then the ground level. Otherwise, this was a great experience! The tickets were easy to find and print. Payment was easy, smooth process.
i went with my grandson, Sam. We had an amazing time. Kate's performance with her one musician, gave us, the entire audience, an astounding phenomenal experience. We rose spontaneously as one to applaud. She touched us. We believed in our humanity and the urgency to save ourselves from destruction. As Kate said, I can feel things are changing, I can feel this too and I'm deeply inspired. The synth music was brilliant and the lighting effective apart from the flashing lights above the stage, that was difficult for me. Outside as we all piled out, the crowd was ablaze! We had to rush away but the energy remained, I am so in awe of Kate's performance.
Because my printer needed a new cartridge, I chose the option of collecting my ticket for the first festival event, from the venue. Fortunately I was more than usually early in arriving because firstly, there were two stalls side-by-side, giving out pre-booked tickets. So I joined the shorter of the two queues. Alas it was the wrong queue! (Clearer signage for differentiation is needed, please.)Second, when I reached the front, my ticket was seemingly not there! The two women in charge seemed to look through everything then confirmed that it wasn't there. I knew I had had confirmation so quickly did an email search on my phone but couldn't locate a satisfactory receipt of payment - only the general booking acknowledgement, BY now, sweating, I opened my internet banking app to locate proof of payment ... (I knew that my credit card would be the key (having checked the pick-up-ticket requirements before leaving home, but unfortunately I'd left my credit card in other clothing in a different location.) But I had plenty of proof of identity plus (banking) payment proof on my phone so trusted all would be well. And I could even remember the row and seat number if it came to that ... but how to resolve this impasse ....!!! Suddenly, the ticket was being handed to me. Where was it then?! I asked. How did this happen? Don't worry said the woman, you've got it now. By now, despite there being two on counter duty, the queue was lengthening. I was grateful it was found and even more grateful to have gone very early. But what would have happened to someone unable to find a park, perhaps, arriving five minutes before the show?
Such a well organised fun event, great value for money too!! What a special night sat in the stadium under the stars enjoying a great movie! Loved the fresh pizzas and other food choices, hope you do this type of event again, Many thanks!
