Be careful

Be very careful. I just bought tickets through them and then realised the Opera House was selling the same thing at the same time 30% cheaper. They won't issue refunds and contactable very-slowly via email. In contrast to this, Sydney Symphony ticket team is very responsive, and will always work with you, so better service is doable.

Recently a MLB baseball game was…

Recently a MLB baseball game was postponed in New York due to inclement weather. We couldn't attend the next game on a weekday as we were flying out to Melbourne on Monday. I had contacted yankees official support and they said I should be able to get a refund from ticketmaster. I have submitted 2 forms for a refund and nothing! All I get is a 3 question tickemaster survery about my interaction with Fan Support. What interaction? I received no contact from them whatsoever. I'm severly disappointed and frustrated.

Eli from The Met Philadelphia (Melbourne) part if Ticket Master was great. He explained the process to change my GA tickets from 2 day to 3 day pass, what he needed to facilitate these changes. All up a very good and knowledgeable person for Ticket Master to have, score 10 out of 10.

We couldn’t transfer the tickets and…

We couldn’t transfer the tickets and then did not receive effective communication via email from Ticketmaster. It was finally resolved but it took quite a lot of effort and caused a lot of stress and frustration.
