I am so angry right now as Ticketmaster…

I am so angry right now as Ticketmaster has no customer service at all, a friend of mine who has been told she has breast cancer and thought she’d be unable to attend an a event this year which we go to every year, so I thought id buy the event ticket which is a space in the nursery for Darby Day and if she was well enough could come at the last minute, unknown me she purchased a space anyway. On sending Ticketmaster a email as you cannot call them they replied if I can prove we both purchased a space they would refund mine, which I did and they still refused to refund me now won’t even reply to my emails . You are a disgrace Ticketmaster and this is not the end.Andrea J

Postal Tickets Change of Address

I recently purchased tickets for a concert not realising they would be delivered, we moved house shortly after so I was concerned we wouldn’t be able to change the delivery address, thankfully, Harlene was an incredible help and was able to update my order to my current address. Their reply was super quick after my initial enquiry so this definitely helped alleviatemy concerns. Loved the quick and prompt customer service; it’s very appreciated.

Quick response and very helpful.

I needed to update my address for my tickets to be sent to, due to my living situation not going to plan. I lodged a request and within only a few hours my request had been actioned by Kendrick. As my request was made on a Saturday, I honestly wasnt expecting such quick support. Thank you Kendrick for acting so quick on my request.

When buying a ticket online

When buying a ticket online, ticketmasters give you a very limited time to complete details, cutting you off and making you start again. A very frustrating experience if you are elderly or infirm.

How can this company still be running! Disgraceful!

If I could give this company a zero star I would. Absolute disgraceful service. Have been trying for over a week now to get confirmation of my tickets I purchased last month with no reply. Have gone onto their website and continuing to send emails for a response and have still had nothing. How can this company still be running! Disgraceful!
