Customer ‘support’ is lousy at best

It is frustrating beyond belief not being able to speak directly with a human being about my issue. Your assumedly AI responses were terrible. My problem still remains unresolved and I intend sharing my frustration and displeasure with all my friends and associates directly and through my social media accounts.

Absolutely disgusting company to go…

Absolutely disgusting company to go through to get any type of help. Accidentally purchase tickets for the wrong country and they can't do a single thing. Not even gift card it so I can get another event through them or anything. They're just happy to take you know $1,100 from a single mum and not give a crap.. I honestly hope someone's soothes you one day and you're forced to pay back people the money that you stole from them. Hopefully somebody takes you down. Ticketmaster you're absolutely a waste of space of a company that cheats people. You either don't send it or reply to emails. You're absolutely grotty grotty company. Greedy and after all the comments that I have read, wow you don't even give a crap about the sick people. You're just happy to take people's money. Fingers grossed you get sued!!

Fault at Check out

So, I was trying to grab tickets for (popular artist) the other day, and it turned into a complete disaster. Spent the whole day glued to my computer on a separate wifi, just to make sure I didn’t miss out. Finally got in, picked my seats, hit "checkout," and boom—error message.The site refreshed and threw me straight to the back of a queue with like 30,000 people. Obviously, I missed out on the tickets, and of course, the company couldn’t care less. They refused to take any blame and basically just shut the whole thing down.

DO NOT BUY A TICKET WITH THEM

I bought a ticket for an event. Unfortunately, I didn't realize the event was not in my city. As soon as I realized this I tried to get a refund, or re-sell or transfer it to someone. I contacted ticketmaster and they said "Due to a high volume of requests, it will take longer than usual for us to get back to enquiries and we ask for your patience as we aim to get back to you as quickly as possible under the circumstances.".How convenient for them that the event happened and I still didn't get any reply. So now, there is nothing I could do. And then they finally replied " your request has been declined and the Ticketmaster must abide by the promoter’s decision."Why would you not even allow me to re-sell it?Why I can't get my money back when I immediately mentioned that I bought it by mistake?I will never buy a ticket from you again.

Booked for concert in NZ and I live in…

Booked for concert in NZ and I live in Australia so going over for the concert specifically, it was then rescheduled without any notice to myself so when I was looking at tickets to confirm everything for my trip and noticed, it was too late for me to cancel flights and other things to which they did not car and didn't do anything to help me with
