Amazing email response

My emails were hacked and tickets transferred. In absolute panic, I emailed Ticketmaster and had a response on a Saturday. It was sorted in no time and tickets back in my name. I can’t thank Justin enough for his quick efficient response and help! Amazing customer service!

Due to inability to attend performance, I needed to transfer my tickets to another date. With the assistance of Zak and Eli this was done with a minimum of fuss. I commend both these lads for their professionalism and patience.

ZAC - Customer Service

ZAC - Customer Service Representative of Ticketmaster is professional, helpful and caring. He goes out of his way to accommodate my son Daniel's disabilities which in turn enhances his concert experience. We can not thank ZAC enough for his kindness. He deserve a rise in wage. He has booked a lot of Daniel concerts and always tries to find the best disable seats available to suit his needs.

We purchased some collector tickets 4…

We purchased some collector tickets 4 months ago which were promised to be delivered a month before the event however up until now (3 days before the event) we havent received anything, and no updates whatsoever from ticketmaster. I tried to contact them a few times previously, but they stay silent, i tried again to contact their fan support and received a totally different message, Justin said it will be sent out sometime after the event. Firstly it doesnt make sense to receive collector ticket moments after the event, secondly, please dont promise something you cant keep. If i know this would happen, i would save hundred dollars to purchase a normal ticket. Disappointing.

Timely Ticket Exchange

Responded to my original query in less than 12 hours and we had it sorted 24 hours after that. The Customer Service person who needed to call to get my new payment details tried reaching me at regular intervals which was helpful as I was unable to return the call. I’m very satisfied

Would not issue Covid stricken family with refund!Purchased tickets for the family and kids for $237, for a special occasion as we don't get to see our kids very often, then family contracted covid the next day, tried to get refund, they flat out said no, tickets weren't available for resale, they are a money hungry big corporation that doens't care about the Australian people. We saved up for weeks to go to the footy then when we weren't able to attend it was really disappointing. They obviously just wanted us to go with covid and whilst we were sick so we could spread it to everyone else at the venue.
