After making a mistake in my booking…

After making a mistake in my booking for the Red hot Summer tour I was able to get a transfer for my ticket at the venue that will be so much easier for me to get to and get affordable accommodation for the event.

I made a silly mistake

Accessible Access Team Did Great

I had to contact the accessible access team when an unexpected recent stroke had one of our party unlikely to be able to attend IF we still had our booked seats. After a couple of days, the team emailed me back, clarified what we'd need, and arranged to move our seats to a more accessible area. The event is a sold out major event, so for them to pull some strings when space is at a premium is beyond amazing. The impact it has on the child who has watched her young mother survive her stroke, and now hopefully able to share this event with her as planned (tickets were gifted to her for her birthday 1 year ago from her mum) is immense. Thank you for understanding our situation, and making it more possible for our friend to attend. We are filled with gratitude.
