Abysmal booking website and supportBought 2 tickets for the United cup at Sydney Olympic Park. Attempted to book 2 seats on the same day for me and my friend. Unable to book 2 seats in 1 go but managed to book 1 seat. Repeated same process but seat next to booked seat was booked by the time I finished booking the 1st seat (about 3 mins).Emailed support on 13 December explaining their issue about unable to book 2 seats in the same checkout and asking to exchange seats. Support emailed 4 days later on the 17th of dec"As the ticketing agent for this event, we're required to escalate your request for consideration. We will be in touch as soon as we receive a confirmation on the outcome of your enquiry.Refund and Exchange requests are subject to conditions that are outlined in our Purchase Policy, here.We’ll be in touch as soon as we receive a response as to whether or not we are able to accommodate your request. However, if you have not been contacted within two business days of your event, please contact our Customer Service Team via email."Absolutely no acknowledgement of their fault and no attempt at rectifying it.Avoid this company like covid.
I have not received my ticket. I have had no response to my question about why it's not showing in my account. I started contacting Ticketmaster on 27 November before the tickets were released. Despite emails since saying it's been sent it hasn't. On 12th December. I also asked why it wasn't showing my account and have had no reply.
So pleased that we were able to move our Show. We are travelling from country Vic and planned a 2 night getaway BUT Taylor Swift meant that our accommodation cost would have been in excess of $1200.00 or force us to travel 3.5 hours home again. Thanks guys.
