App wouldn't allow me to log in

I had an issue with the App not allowing me to log in via my mobile phone. I was panicking thinking I couldn't access my concert tickets. Contacted Ticketmaster via email and they sorted out my tickets. I still can't log in on the app, don't know why, but at least I have my tickets. Thanks for the speedy response Ticketmaster.

Julia - excellent CS rep.

Julia allowed me to circumvent a "leave no single spare seats" limitation to purchase a ticket to attend a show next to my partner, who had already purchased it.She did so with utmost politeness, speed, and a genuine customer service approach.Furthermore, she was patient and very good at picking up my foreign name and accent, making it a breeze to place my order.Compared to the typical Ticketmaster experiences I have had in Europe, I was blown away by the simplicity of my conversation and transaction here in Australia. As a former sales manager, I would have loved to have a character such as Julia's on my team, and I'm happy to have taken the time to share this feedback.

I am delighted with the service…

I am delighted with the service received, this company has been so reasonable in allowing me to change the date of the tickets i purchased for the Australian Open. I attend every year and pre purchase tickets, this year I had a flight change and was unable to attend the day that i purchased and the team here have been kind enough to allow me the opportunity to still attend by changing the date. Within 24hours i had new tickets sent to me. So efficient and I am thrilled.

Change of tickets date…

I had booked the tickets and package for the Rameses exhibition, but due to an oversight, booked the wrong date. The tickets were for a special treat for my grandson's birthday. I submitted a request to change the tickets to another date. I was pleased that Ticketmaster was able to accommodate the change so promptly and to a date that we could all attend.
