This company have absolutely no empathy…

This company have absolutely no empathy for Disabled People. You have to use a special line to book tickets but nobody answers the phone so you put in a speciasl need request before the event and still fail to get tickets.Appalling

Ticket Exchange was easy

Jhea was in contact in a timely manner and it was fantastic to get quick service. I was able to exchange my tickets to see Ramses & the Gold of the Pharaohs at Australian Museum for a different date which was so helpful. I really appreciated the support.

Amazing Customer Support!

As a regular customer, I love the ease in which Ticketmaster makes booking and attending events in Australia. Today, I reached out to the fan support team to have some of my group’s tickets to Beauty and the Beast upgraded and they made it happen on short notice.
