No response to my request!

There was no response to my emailed request to your company. It is very disappointing. Your business should not build customer expectations which they cannot respond to in a timely manner. You claim to provide a specific service but as yet I have had no communication from your staff. This is not good enough.

Ticketmaster, very hard to contact

I’m giving four stars only for the kind lady that helped me eventually , however, for actual Ticketmaster, I would only give two stars . Priya was great, very understanding at why I had to change my tickets, however, as far as contacting Ticketmaster, it was very hard to. I had to exchange the tickets as the original show was cancelled and booked for the same day later that night however I am taking my elderly mother who could not do nighttime session. That is why we booked an afternoon session and they were at good prices after trying to contact Ticketmaster with three emails to know avail, I finally got in contact through the state Theatre. My mother and I were not very happy at the fact that we had to pay extra money to get the same tickets in the same seating, very unfair, after all, it was not our fault that they cancelled the show.

Great to finally get it resolved

Great to finally get it resolved, and I'm very thankful to Alexander for making it happenOne star off because the previous interaction with support was so bad that they deserved negative stars. It really shouldn't have taken this long or so much effort just to get someone who can actually help rather than just give canned responses and reject the ticket

Appalling customer service

Appalling customer service. Spent a week attempting a date change for tickets via a portal and email. Ticketmaster no longer has a phone number so you can’t speak with a human when a problem arises. Ticket issue remained unresolved.

I was unable to access my tickets and…

I was unable to access my tickets and Giancarlo was very helpful and my problem is solved. What Ticketmaster could do better is allow people to access paper tickets especially older people who have trouble with phone technology or do not even have a phone.
