Back to the Future is Exactlt How you should make a modern day musical. Great cast, great dance choreography but also, the technology and pyrotechnics and special effects were off the scales amazing.
I wasn't happy with the way we were treated by event staff and security guards, As when I made the booking for tickets the only tickets I could get was in section 106, when we checked entered the stadium I asked the security guards if it was possible for myself and my partner to sit in the disabled access ♿ seating in section 129 and the security guards said that it would be a problem, then later we were told that someone else had booked out the whole disabled access ♿ seating area and they we had to move, but unfortunately the other people that had the booked that area weren't disabled ♿ and should have been made to move somewhere else , and myself and my partner should have been given priority access to the access ♿ seating due to My partner being in a wheelchair
We were seated in the aisles, and security repeatedly walked up and down checking that no one was using their phones. Because of our seating, we couldn’t see everything clearly, and the constant movement became distracting. Exiting the venue was also very slow.
Loved the concert, Foo Fighters were amazing!
The only downside was not being able to take unopened water into the front GA area, and then having to buy it inside, because you also weren’t allowed to take empty water bottles either to refill at the water station.
Absolutely loved the show, fantastic cast and energy. However, we missed the first 15 minutes because, despite arriving in the city by 12:30 PM and having secured parking, it was nearly impossible to reach the parking area quickly due to road blockages and ongoing roadworks nearby. A heads-up about this situation would have been appreciated, as we would have left earlier!
Lack of assistance when required. Chatbot useless. No contact number to call, actually found a number to call via Chat GPT not on the website. Called that number and was disconnected by your system. Chatbot was unable to assist and informed me it would be escalated via an email. I received an email the next day. What if the show had of been that night? I did a booking for 11. What alot of palava for people having to sign up and create an account to accept their tickets. It was also not clear that my tickets did not have to be accepted for them to be active. Lost 5 solid hours trying to work it all out. I did not have email address for many of my guests which delayed the distribution of them. The recipients also commented that the system was a complete drama. There was also confusion on the ticket face as to how many tickets were purchased. (unfortunately I did not get a screenshot from the guest) Overall, a pretty crappy purchasing experience

We really enjoy this event. Unfortunately, this time we chose to attend on a 42-degree day and noticed that the organizers did not adequately prepare for the heat. The coffee cart ran out of ice within just 35 minutes of opening, and there was a lack of shade cloths throughout the venue. The parasols kept blowing over, providing no relief from the sun. Additionally, we only found one bottle refill station for the entire event.
An unforgettable experience! Truly enjoyed every moment of it, the booking process was simple, entry to the venue was smooth, the performance began punctually, the audience was very respectful, and the performers were outstanding. Their skill, humor, kindness, and appreciation made the entire event incredibly uplifting!
We took our daughter and her best friend to the second show on Saturday night at the venue, believing we had secured good tickets. However, upon arrival, we realized we couldn't see the stage at all. After several attempts to encourage my daughter to enjoy the music, which was supposed to be the highlight of the show, she eventually warmed up, but it felt like a complete letdown to me. Having attended numerous concerts over the past 30 years, I am appalled that we paid $255 per ticket for such a poor view, unable to see the stage or the screens on either side due to the awkward angle. Consequently, we had no idea what was happening, and my daughter's experience has left her with a negative impression of the venue.
My 2-star review reflects the misleading promotion, inadequate seating (despite paying extra for better options), and the overall quality of the show. Dance was not mentioned nor anticipated as part of the performance, yet it ended up being a significant filler. The promotional image was far more polished than the actual appearance of the so-called ringmaster. Aside from a ballerina featured in one of the magic acts, the dancing felt out of context, and the repetitive burlesque elements were inappropriate for families and children. Although I opted for the ‘better’ seats, our view from the second row on the left facing the stage obstructed some magic acts as the on-stage children were on the far side. The staging primarily focused on the far right, limiting our experience. The show itself was filled with too much empty space and dialogue instead of actual circus and illusion performances. In reality, there was a lack of circus acts. The balancing act stood out as the highlight. Overall, it was quite disappointing, as shown by the ‘average’ reactions from the audience. I won’t be recommending this show and now have doubts about the quality of events promoted by the service.
