Seamless Experience with Ticket Delivery and Access

The service provided effortless delivery and usage of the issued ticket entries. As a member, my guests enjoyed access to non-public areas on a mid-week day without the usual Saturday dress code requirements. The amenities we experienced in both member and public areas were well-serviced by friendly and helpful staff, and despite the large number of participants, everything ran remarkably smoothly.

Concerns About Exit and Re-Entry Process – Recent Match Experience

I am writing to provide feedback on my experience at the recent match at the venue. Upon leaving the stadium, there was a lack of visible checkout points, signage, or guidance. When I attempted to re-enter shortly thereafter with my valid ticket, the security staff denied me entry, stating that re-entry was not allowed without checking out. This confusion arose due to the absence of checkout options or instructions at the exit, leading to an uncomfortable situation where I felt unjustly treated. I believe this process could greatly benefit from clearer exit and checkout procedures, improved signage, and better training for staff to manage such situations effectively. I hope my feedback will be considered to enhance the customer experience at future events.

Disappointing Concert Experience - A $700 View Blocked by Equipment!

I am very dissatisfied with our experience at the recent concert we attended on December 11th at the venue. I spent over $700 for two tickets, hoping to create a memorable first concert experience for my 10-year-old daughter. Unfortunately, the seats we were given had a significant, undisclosed obstruction. The Issue: Large speakers and related equipment were positioned directly in front of our seats, completely blocking our view of the stage and performer. Lack of Warning: There was no indication of an obstructed view when I purchased these costly tickets. This feels deceptive. Attempts to Resolve: We sought help immediately but were directed to the Information Desk, where the line was so long that we missed the entire opening act. A staff member told us to return to our seats and promised to reach out if alternatives were found, but we never received a call. We ended up watching the main performance from behind a speaker. For over $700, we expected to see the show. Instead, we had a frustrating and disappointing experience. This was a terrible introduction to concerts. I have photos to demonstrate the obstructed view. I strongly advise against purchasing tickets from this venue or promoter if there's a risk of similar seating issues. We will be seeking a refund.

Marketplace Purchase with Technical Difficulties

Purchased from a marketplace. Needed to download the ticket to a digital wallet but encountered connection issues. Attempted to get assistance via chat, waited for 40 minutes, then gave up. Eventually uninstalled and reinstalled the app to transfer the ticket. On the day of the event, accessing the wallet just redirected me back to the original service. At the gate, the barcode didn't work initially and required refreshing to function.

Incredible experience at the concert!

What an incredible experience! I finally checked off a long-awaited item from my bucket list by attending a live concert. Being terminally ill, it was an emotional moment for me to sing along with the artist and 16,000 other fans. The fireworks were a spectacular finish to a wonderful day!

Incredible performance, just a minor view issue

I absolutely adored the show! The performance was outstanding; however, the only drawback was my side view, which made it difficult to see the left side of the stage clearly while I was on level 2.

Issues with Ticket Transfer Before Event

I attempted to resell my bus ticket for the event with only 23 hours left before it started, but the service disabled the transfer option. I managed to sell it on another platform, but then I couldn't transfer the ticket! I spent a few hours trying to resolve the issue, ultimately having to cancel the sale, leaving me with a ticket that no one could use. The deactivation of the transfer feature cost me both time and money.

Misleading Ticket Description: No View at All

The tickets were labeled as “restricted view,” but this was entirely misleading; there was absolutely NO VIEW of the stage. Usually, “restricted view” indicates that something like a light or a speaker slightly obstructs the stage, but in this instance, we couldn’t see anything. A more fitting description would have been “no view.” It feels unjust to charge over $300 for seats where not just the stage but even the screens on stage were completely blocked. To make matters worse, the large screen across from the stage at the venue, which could have shown the performance for those of us with obstructed seats, was not utilized. Additionally, when the show started, people in my section jumped over seats and took the empty ones right in front of us, which was incredibly frustrating for those of us who remained in our designated seats throughout the show. Staff at the venue saw this occurring (we were in Row C) and did nothing to intervene. This total lack of crowd management only compounded an already disappointing experience. Honestly, it felt like we would have had a better time listening from outside the venue. Shame on the service for this misleading advertisement. I will be reporting this to the relevant authorities.

Great concert and venue, but security issues need addressing.

We enjoyed the concert and the venue, but the security supervisor's behavior was disappointing. My girlfriend, who is of Asian descent, wanted to step out to get a jacket and was unfairly denied a pass. The supervisor was quite impolite to her. It appeared that others were allowed to leave for various reasons, while my girlfriend was not. When I addressed the situation with the supervisor, she was also dismissive and mentioned that people could go out to smoke but not for clothing. This situation should be reconsidered, as prioritizing comfort is essential.

Lack of Screens Detracted from the Experience

The absence of screens severely impacted the limited seating. The essence of a performance lies in both visual and auditory enjoyment! There are large screens available at the venue! Why weren't they utilized for everyone to appreciate the stage visuals?
