An amazing sales representative

Couldn’t recommend using Tilia homes enough. Marilyn at their Westhill site has been amazing all the way through our journey so far. Always going the extra mile to help. We always leave with a smile on our face, couldn’t have asked for anything more. We were only window shopping until Marilyn and Tilia come together to help us get our first home which we didn’t think would be affordable or be able to reach our goal anytime soon. As first time buyers it can all seem a little scary. It has been nothing but excitement and moving forward through the whole process thanks to Marilyn and Tilia.

The Mastic man we had round to seal our en-suite was amazing, he did a really good job of the sealant in the shower and he did a really good job of aligning our kitchen cabinets properly. Thank you Robert Skibinski!!

Unfinished roads, neglected park and dam, poor quality interiors

Had a really bad experience from the start with our sales team at Ashurst, then things seemed better with Site manager Dan who was helpful and friendly. However, awful finishing, weak doors, poor stainless steel on taps/sinks, shower door glass bad quality. We had dampness and mould run from the bathroom into my newborns room within the first 4 weeks because of poor ventilation and fan. Tilia have never been back to tarmac the roads and pavement which is awful with young children and prams. There’s areas that should be a dam and a park left neglected to overgrow. Put the house up for sale after 2 years

If you are looking for top class, high quality after sales service, I fully recommend Steve Farrimond at Cashmere Park. Steve has delivered personal, professional after sales service, and he really cares about the clients. I have bought new homes in the past, and I’ve never experienced such premium after sales care from any individual like Steve, so I feel he deserves commendation. Not only does Steve have a clever working mind, and has great skills, knowledge and experience across the trades, but he goes the extra mile to help us customers settle into our new homes. My family believe Steve goes beyond the call of duty to help. And that’s because he cares, and has immense pride in his work. Steve is calm, unruffled and keeps a cool head, and given the amount of work he has to sift through each day, this is remarkable. This sentiment about Steve is shared across the new customers. We think he’s just brilliant. Steve is a good listener, calm communicator, has great technical knowledge, reliable, industrious, and extremely good at problem solving. Having good after sales is such an important part of the new home buying process. My family would like to thank Steve for all his hard work.

We have recently moved into our Tilia home at Furlong Heath and have been very impressed with the service received. Ellie (Sales Executive) has been brilliant since day 1, nothing is too much trouble and she has been a responsive and efficient contact of ours throughout the whole process. After visiting many developments, we found Ellie to provide a helpful and relaxed approach. She facilitated viewings of the home throughout the purchase and soon acted to resolve our questions and queries. Ellie, you are a true asset to Tilia and I hope they realise the star they have!! We have had some snagging issues (as with most new builds) but Ellie, Adrian, Callum and the team have been responsive in getting these addressed for us. The house itself is exactly what we wanted and we feel very much at home. We are impressed with the quality of the build overall and the finishes inside.
