I had a few problems to start with, but when Michelle came to the Sales Suite it was a breath of fresh air. Michelle has always been helpful and returns calls with help and my snags were dealt with. The only issue I had was registering the property for Council Tax, Gas, Water etc. as it seems that the main office had not done this!!Well Done Michelle keep up the good work
I moved into what was then called Kier Homes in 2014, and I have to say, I was very pleased at first, but later on I realised that the people responsible for designing my home are idiots!Why would someone put a radiator in the middle of the main bedroom wall? That's the only place to put your bed, but there's a radiator there!In the master bedroom, they put the radiator on a wall that would be the only place to put a wardrobe, so now my clothes are very warm, but the room is cold, as my wardrobe is right in front of it!I believe experience is a wonderful thing, and no university degree, can override experience. If these designers had experienced living and raising children in a home, they would not have made such fundamental mistakes.To build a house that is fit for purpose, one has to understand how every decision affects the home owner/resident. This comes with experience. I did notice after moving in, that many of the staff were young people, with no idea about actually living in those homes.It takes an senior member to build a successful house. Maybe they should employ more senior members of staff, to get the build right.Their houses look great on first viewing, but once you move in, the cracks start to appear, and if you fail to notice the mistakes when they attend their yearly visit, you're stuck with the problem, unless you pay to correct it.And where is the storage that a family of 3 would require? Nowhere to be seen! So sad :(
I had a very bad experience with Tilia homes at Aston Grange Longridge. The quality of the home is week the kitchen cupboards where very inferior cracking off within few months the carpets where getting loose. Overall home quality very poor.
Excellent service from Rafal Buzuk. Very professional, kept everything clean and work was above my expectations. This is someone that really makes a company look amazing. Tilia are great but people like rafal make the company amazing.

I was very impressed with the service provided by Rafal Buzuk. He is extremely professional, and pays great attention to detail. Every part of his work was done carefully and thoroughly, and he made sure everything was perfect before finishing. He also has a very pleasant attitude and excellent manners. I feel very lucky to have had him assigned to fix the issue at my home.
