We couldn’t be happier with the service we’ve received from Simon at Kiln Grove, he has been incredibly friendly, approachable, and professional, making what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and enjoyable. As first-time buyers, we had plenty of questions, and he was always informative, patient, and happy to explain every step of the process. His helpfulness and genuine care really put us at ease and has given us confidence throughout. We would highly recommend Simon to anyone looking to buy or sell a home — he’s fantastic!
Tilia Homes was our choice of developers because of the type of design that was on offer. We had been very patient with 4 date changes from April - September. Once Jo the Customer Service Director got involved in July everything became more coordinated and communication much improved. 5 stars are allocated in the greatest part to Mark who was allocated as our “Handyman” but so much more. I’ve never come across such a professional perfectionist who worked efficiently and with ease, so many important jobs took him 1/2 day, I made him stop for a break, totally impossible for us to complete anything like that standard, ever. Eternally memorable, Mark has left his mark and, we are in awe and very grateful. Thank you
We travelled from another location to view a completed Tilia home at Roundhouse gate, and Barbara gave us an outstanding experience. She was warm and welcoming from the start, took the time to show us around, and really listened when we explained our design and extension plans. She even went the extra mile by taking us to another house with a layout similar to what ours would be post-extension, which made it so much easier to visualise. Excellent service — professional, thoughtful, and genuinely helpful.
Very pleased with our new house on The Avenue, and the whole experience to get here. There were some delays in completion, but all Tilia staff were good communicators and kept us informed. I can only say that from our perspective it was a professional and caring service from day 1. Early days with the property but it's a high standard of finish and very spacious, as well as a striking design.

She has been incredibly helpful throughout the whole process of buying my home with Tilia Homes – always friendly, approachable, and genuinely supportive.Her knowledge and professionalism are excellent, but what stood out most was how personable she is. She made everything feel much less stressful and was always available to answer my questions, no matter how big or small (and I had a lot of questions 😅).Helen really went above and beyond from start to finish, and I’m so grateful for all her help. Stewart Sellers from Tilia Homes has been over to our property multiple times over the last 2 years for snagging work. Stewart was always very polite and friendly always happy to talk but listen too! All work that has been completed has been completed to a very high standard, super clean! He always leaves the house very tidy and is respectful of our space! Each time we have had a snagging issue we hope for Stewart! Absolute gentleman and although i hope for no more snags i do hope we cross paths again Stewart! Thank you for all your hard work. Brian Aldridge is the second gentleman to complete some snagging work for us. Brain was super polite and happy to chat with me. The work carried out was impeccable, very happy! Everything has been left as it was and any marks made were fixed and repainted same day! Brian went above and beyond out in the pouring rain to complete the works today. We really appreciate all your hard workI think sometimes having work done in the house can be a pain or an inconvenience but with both Stewart and Brian it didnt feel like that at all. 5 Stars!!🌟

Although we’re still in the mortgage stage, the journey so far has been nothing short of reassuring—built on honesty, genuine care, and open ears.Paige has been consistently attentive, proactive, and transparent, making what could be a stressful process feel smooth and supported. Her communication is clear and timely, and she genuinely listens, which makes a real difference. My wife & I are always looking forwards to her WhatsApp voicenote where she updates us about the development. It’s rare to feel this level of trust and professionalism so early in the home-buying journey.If the rest of the experience continues in this vein, we’re confident we’ll be proud to call a Tilia home our own.
Very poor service, been emailing and attempting to get in contact since 2019 (when I completed my purchase of the home when it was Kier homes). I sent and raised a formal complaint to the east team in July and haven’t had any acknowledgment back. I wouldn’t ever reccomend them as a company to buy from, the service is poor, many more house builders to choose from (ashwood, bellway, Allison homes etc) Tillia if you see this, please respond to my complaint.
