Sycamore Park development. Exceptional customer service from Calum, Site Manager and Samantha WoodCustomer Service Coordinator. We were on a slow burner getting in to our property. But we are finally in.Calum and Samantha made an excellent team. Each provided excellent customer service. Calum was exceptionally adept at making sure those annoying little snags were addressed to a good standard and in a very timely manner. When he said things were going to get done you could trust his word. The relationship between contractors and home owners was clear to see. So overall a big thumbs up.
We purchased a new 5 bed home from Tilia Homes Knights Meadow in 2023. We had a lovely experience with all the Sales Professionals and Site Management (Lee, Shirley, Helen, Natasha and Mike) in the show home suite, they were all very accommodating and made us aware of the progress on our new home at every stage and sent us photographs of its journey which I felt was a nice touch. There weren’t ever any issues with getting in touch with them via telephone or email either.When it came to selecting our flooring, kitchen and bathroom colours and materials we were afforded the time and assistance of the Sales Professionals in making these selections along with our extras. Although the house is a pre set up house we could make certain alterations within reason, this again was a very nice touch as it made the home feel a little more bespoke. As part of this purchase, we part-exchanged our home through Tilia Homes, and again this was a painless and very stress-free experience. Anybody questioning whether this is a good decision as you’ll lose a little on the value of your current home to allow them to sell it quicker, I’d definitely recommend as selling a home can be a very stressful and time-consuming experience. There’s no pressure to move out of your current home because the part-exchange doesn’t go through until your new home is ready to move into.When we were provided with a moving in date, we were told well in advance so we had time to prepare, as I was working the same day as moving Natasha was very helpful in assisting with allowing the moving company access (along with family helping) to the home. Once we arrived there was a hamper with some goodies and our welcome pack, which contained everything we needed to know about our new home. As we moved in at the end of the day the home tour was postponed to the next working day, this was done with Lee (Site manager) and Natasha (Sales Professional). They showed us how to use all appliances, home to maintain the home (such as airing it) and where the plumbing and electrical lines were within the calls to avoid hitting them when hanging pictures/mirrors on the wall. After moving into our new home, we checked for snags, which are expected with any new build. There wasn’t many with this new home purchase, and we reported them and they’ve addressed them all within a timely manner. We’re still within our 2 years for snagging and Lee and Mike have been very accommodating with any requests and issues we’ve had. The assistance they’ve provided has been more than we expected, it feels very reassuring to know you have Site Managements help when and if you need it whilst they’re still building homes on this site. Tilia has recently started building a home near ours, and the grounds people have been very polite, the noise isn’t noticeable and there’s been no issues at all. All the staff who work for and on behalf of Tilia Homes on this site have been exceptional and I’d recommend a home purchase from them. This is my second new home purchase and after my first with Harron Homes I was reluctant to purchase a new build again considering it’s the biggest purchase most people make, but Tilia Homes and their staff have changed my perspective.
I recently had an outstanding experience with a customer service operative from Tilia Homes. His name is Robert Skibinski. He addressed all the snags in my new home, no matter how small, with a positive and proactive attitude. His professionalism and trustworthiness made me feel confident that my concerns were in good hands.What impressed me most was his attention to detail; he cleaned up thoroughly after completing each task. This level of care truly enhances the customer experience. I highly recommend Tilia Homes for their exceptional customer service, especially with Robert!
I had a great experience at the Knights Meadow development, thanks to Natasha! When the development started we paid a visit to the sales office to take a look at the available plots. With nothing taking our liking, Natasha kindly offered to get in contact when the second phase was started. Fast forward a year and I received a call from Natasha about an available plot that she believed would be of interest. Sure enough it was exactly what we wanted. Natasha was friendly and helpful, taking the time to answer all our questions and guide us through the process without any pressure.
Thank you Robert from Tilia Homes for his excellent service. We have had a few snags as expected with new builds but Robert has been great. He’s always polite, professional, and trustworthy. His knowledge and attention to detail ensure repairs are completed to a high standard. Tilia Homes is lucky to have him—highly recommended!

Wow ! Well what can I say, it’s been an absolute amazing experience with Sabina. Sabina has been absolutely incredible throughout! She was never far away if there was any queries we had and was always willing to help us. Her communications were informative and helpful in such a friendly manner and couldn’t have wished for a better sale executive. Sabina cares about her job so much and it’s evident to see and has such a care in her customers as well as the houses she is selling . Jason (site manager) & Aaron (assistant site manager) along with there team have been extremely helpful in anything that we have needed sorting and have sorted it within the first hour.Thank you for making my first house move so amazing!
As soon as I arrived at Derby's award winning Manor Kingsway development, I knew that I wanted to purchase a house there if I could. The house designs are modern, each house has a good amount of parking and the streets are wide with a good amount of green spaces (several phases of the development are already completed).I had an initial meeting with the Sales Executive, Paige, who was very professional and helpful. Paige followed up with me when a plot became available and I was delighted to be able to reserve it. Since then, Paige has been very helpful as I had never purchased a new build before, and is providing me with weekly updates as the house finishes to be built. I have not yet completed but so far so very good. The house is looking very solid and sharp! I'll have to provide another review after completion.
I would never buy a house from this company in my lifetime. The construction is done by unqualified workers, and they rely on the NHBC warranty to fix everything. All the radiators are extremely small, and drafts coming into the property only cause the temperature to decline rather than warm up. The loft had missing insulation, and it took them over 1.5 years to partially fix it. Worse, it has been over 2 years, and the house still has numerous issues that need fixing. Customer service does nothing to resolve anything and never gives a date for when it will be rectified. Worse still, the responsibility is passed around between various companies, as nothing is built by Tilia directly; everything is outsourced, so they hold zero accountability. Customer service personnel Sophie and Company Director Lee Goodman, if you are reading this, fix it up.
