Not a uk based company. Poor quality products from China. Delayed items- over 2 weeks. Damaged packaging.Poor customer service keeping you hanging when their products are clearly not as advertised. Scam. Have reported to trading standards.
One of my worst online purchases. Their toys have extremely low quality ... it doesn't look like what they show in the ads or their website. It is missing lots of items that was in the ad! The shipping took forever (almost a month). Avoid by all means!
I ordered three of the glow drawing boards for Christmas presents. They arrived this evening and all the boxes are damaged. There is no way that I will be able to give these as gifts. Very disappointed. Will not be ordering from this company again.
Placed my order from what looks like a reputable UK company but it is actually the cheapest Chinese rubbish I have received for a long time. Waited ages for the order with no order updates and when it arrived was poorly packaged and obviously from China. The product was marked and didn’t even look new and when I look at the return policy I have to return it at my own cost to a company address in Austria!Having posted this review and getting a response from the company via Trustpilot telling me to contact their Customer Service I would like them to know that initially I did contact their Customer Services and got no response which is why I have posted this review
