Took weeks for our order to arrive. When it did arrive it was packaged in a plastic bag so obviously the packaging inside was badly damaged, squashed and torn in places. The contents appear fine but I can no longer gift the items as presents due to the packaging. Won’t be paying to return them for an exchange as I have already paid for themto be delivered! Will not be ordering again
Please do not order from this company.Their products are seriously over priced and VERY poor quality.Their advertising is very misleading.My parcel arrived in a damaged state, no real packaging, just a plastic bag. Hence the contents were battered. If you wish to return your order to Tiny Dreams 'UK' they expect you to send it to China!!I have requested a prepaid return label and a full refund. Watch this space. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!
Very annoyed at myself for not checking the reviews for this website before ordering. I ordered some Christmas presents for my son nearly 3 weeks ago. I had no email confirming purchase, so no order number, no contact regarding delayed delivery. And reading the reviews now, if the products do ever arrive (not looking likely!)I do not have any hope for the quality or condition they will arrive in. When times are hard, it's scammers like these that make it harder.
Very shoddy goods, no external packaging other than a squashed brown cardboard box. Bought for a birthday present to be given later this week, so have yet to see if it actually works! And why a USB lead?Minimal instructions, including not suitable for small children!! So why is it being marketed as a toy?
