Ordered a child's felt sewing kit. I was able to track the parcel, from China, I suppose. It arrived about a week later and the kit is ok. It has Chinese writing on the packaging but it seems to contain what was described. I'm not sure if there are instructions as I haven't opened it. I think that I would have been able to buy a similar Galt kit in better packaging for about the same price.
Disgusted with Tiny Dreams - misleading advertising bought a gift for our granddaughter as part of her Christmas stocking Just like many other customers of this company we believed the item was coming from the UK. Sadly as soon as I received confirmation of my order I realised that this was yet another scam website. Ordered 16th October and only received shipping advice 8 days later on 24th. The item arrived 6th November. This despite being charged £2.99 for premium shipping! The item received looked nothing like the advertised product. It was just cheap flimsy rubbish. We cannot give this as a gift it is not good enough quality for a 7 year old. If given on Christmas day it would be broken or unusable by Boxing day. The advertised price was supposedly less than half price (£14.99 rather than £34.99). To be honest if I had seen this in a store for £5.99 I wouldn't have bought it. It's just tacky.I would send it back for a refund but I suspect the postage would be so high it wouldn't be worth it.DO NOT ORDER FROM TINY DREAMS - shoddy and potentially dangerous products.
I’d give them no stars! Do NOT order anything from this company!! It is so bad it’s practically a scam. Items from china of very poor quality and flimsy packaging. I bought 2 craft toys as gifts but I’ll be embarrassed to give them to a charity shop. Not cheap either and although they offer “a refund policy” you would be responsible for return postage costs which would it probably be as expensive as the items!!
Products from China, use at own risk.I asked for a refund within several hours of opening the box. Since then, I've been told to return the product to China, not Austria as per the return policy, had I of known it was China I would not have purchased.I've not been allowed to leave 1 star reviews on the website, so far I've been offered 30% 50% and 75% refund. I have asked for a full refund as per the return policy on the webpage.I will be reporting the company to trading standards and after 45 days I'll be requesting a full refund via my bank. All they have to do is refund my £15 and so far it's taken over 20 emails and several weeks. They'll leave a review, saying sorry for your inconvenience, please contact our customer team in reply to this message. I've tried that approach
Extremely disappointed with this product. I had ordered for my granddaughter and had to purchase something else as this didn’t arrive in a timely manner. The sales description and photograph inadequately described this. It shows a small child sat In front of the toy and it looks much larger than the child, when in fact a baby would be looking over top of it. The functional parts are not easy to play with even for an adult to get out of the casing. When I ordered, it inferred it was in stock, when in fact the product was shipped from overseas. The box is all in Chinese and was battered, being wrapped in a thin plastic wrapper. In your returns policy the product has to be returned to an address in Austria, which is cost prohibited. From me thinking I was dealing with a UK Co, was shipped from China and any returns to a European address. Finally, I cannot see and adherence to safety regulations in respect of younger children.I will not be giving this as a gift.I was putting on a review on Tiny-Dreams.UK, but their site would not allow me to submit it.
Sadly I should have read Trust pilot reviews before ordering. Instead I only read the company’s own reviews! Big mistake. Like others when the toys arrived the packaging was in Chinese, it was poor quality. The toy in the advert does not match what I have been sent. For example it doesn't fold in two, and is much less interactive. Because the name of the company had uk in the title I assumed it was a British Company. Response from company was I could return the toy but to an address in China. Is it legal to us UK in title of the organisation when it is based in China?
Website says UK, it's not, it's from China and takes nearly two weeks. When the two items I ordered arrived they looked liked they'd been stamped on by an Elephant. They only put them in a plastic bag to ship and the printed boxes for the toys are squashed. These were supposed to be a present for my grandson, I cannot give him them like this. One of the toys is sprained at one side.Very disappointed.
