Awful - won’t be ordering from them again. Item looks great on website, but arrives not in original packaging and, in my case, was faulty. Numerous emails later, they say they cannot find my order or email address (which they have been writing to all through my complaint process). I presume they think if they make refund process extremely elongated, you will eventually give up. Stay well clear.
Awful company. The item I ordered (4 felt faces and expressions) ended up as only 1 face in the packet. Having paid for delivery of a whole product I have been offered a full refund only if I return the bit that I have got back to China AT MY OWN COST! Does UK consumer law apply here? Probably not.After numerous emails with Kyle, I am being offered a 50% refund on a product which is only 25% complete and is no use as such. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE LOOK AT THIS AS I AM STILL WAITING FOR A FURTHER RESPONSE AND IT REQUIRES ESCALATION. Oh my goodness, don’t go near this company. Having waited two weeks for delivery for an item that I was under the impression was manufactured in the Uk and of good quality, I now find it is made in China. I’m afraid I would say it is not worth even £4.99 let alone the price I paid for it. It is cheap junk with tiny pieces and made from cardboard. The pieces are much too small for my 6 year old Grandson to deal with and I doubt that he will even wish to play with it, is so unappealing. I have complained to Tiny Hands and as yet, have not had a reply or acknowledgment of my message. As others have stated it is not worth the hassle and cost of returning the item to China so I’m stuck with it. And, having just read all of the other negative reviews on Trustpilot, I wish I had done so before ordering. In which case, I never would have gone ahead with my order.
Terrible items.Ordered an aqua playmat the picture showed it a very large item when received it was 44cm x 32cm about an eighth of the size of the web page photo. It was £9.99 and I’ve seen toys like this in the pound shops, will never buy again. I’m going to send back let’s see how long till I get a refund!?!? Don’t buy from this site.
Do not entertain ordering from this company. They look as if UK based but are in China. Took ages to arrive. Very disappointed with the cheap plastic product that arrived, not even close to being as described. Not fit for my granddaughter to play with, so went straight in the bin!
Took weeks for our order to arrive. When it did arrive it was packaged in a plastic bag so obviously the packaging inside was badly damaged, squashed and torn in places. The contents appear fine but I can no longer gift the items as presents due to the packaging. Won’t be paying to return them for an exchange as I have already paid for themto be delivered! Will not be ordering again
